Enjoy these irresistibly soft and fluffy honey butter rolls, perfect for any meal or special occasion.
Ingredients
Dough

warm whole milk
(warmed to 110-115°F)

granulated sugar

active dry yeast
(equivalent to 2 ¼ teaspoons)

Instructions
Activate yeast: Warm milk, add sugar and yeast, let foam for 10 minutes.
Add eggs, melted butter, honey, and salt to yeast mixture; mix until combined.
Gradually add flour, mixing until dough pulls away from bowl; knead briefly by hand.
Let dough rise in oiled bowl, covered, for 1-2 hours until doubled.
Punch down dough, divide into 12 pieces, shape into rolls, and place in greased pan; let rise 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F, brush rolls with melted butter, bake 15-20 minutes until golden, then brush with honey butter and serve.
Notes
For a warm environment during rising, microwave a cup of water and place the dough inside with the water to help it rise.
