Instructions
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika; roast on top rack for 25-30 minutes. Roast green beans on a separate tray for same time.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side until golden. Pour marinade over chicken and simmer until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
Serve chicken with roasted sweet potatoes and green beans, drizzling with extra sauce.
