Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Marinate the wings in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat the marinade in a saucepan until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake wings on a rack for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Glaze wings with the sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Rest briefly, then garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the wings overnight.
