Delicious baked chicken wings coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, perfect for a flavorful appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • cooking oil spray (olive oil) cooking oil spray
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or liquid aminos
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken dry, coat with flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment, arrange wings, and spray with cooking oil. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake 10 more minutes.
  • In a saucepan, combine honey, garlic, ginger, smoked paprika, and soy sauce. Cook 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  • Remove wings from oven, toss in honey garlic sauce, and serve.

Notes

Adjust seasoning and sauce sweetness to taste.
