Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Dry wings and coat with flour, salt, and pepper.
Arrange wings on a lined baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake for 30 minutes. Flip and bake another 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, starch, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan. Heat and stir until thickened, about 6-7 minutes.
Broil wings for 2 minutes to brown. Remove from oven, toss in sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure wings are thoroughly dried before baking.
