A quick and flavorful chicken dish with a sticky honey lemon garlic sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

For The Sauce

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, coat lightly with cornstarch.
Heat oil in a pan, cook chicken skin-side down for 7 minutes per side until crispy.
Melt butter in the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add soy, mirin, honey, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer until thickened.
Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2 minutes to coat.
Serve over steamed rice, garnish with sesame seeds and chives.
Notes
Dry the chicken with a paper towel before seasoning for extra crispiness.
