A flavorful chicken dish with a honey mustard sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

Instructions 

  • Slice chicken in half, pound to ½ inch thick, and pat dry.
  • Season with Lemon Pepper, dredge in flour, and sear in olive oil until golden. Set aside.
  • Melt butter, cook garlic, add flour, then stir in chicken broth gradually.
  • Add mustards, honey, seasonings, bring to boil, then stir in heavy cream. Return chicken and simmer 5 minutes.

Notes

Adjust honey or mustard to taste for desired sweetness or tang.
