Instructions
Slice chicken in half, pound to ½ inch thick, and pat dry.
Season with Lemon Pepper, dredge in flour, and sear in olive oil until golden. Set aside.
Melt butter, cook garlic, add flour, then stir in chicken broth gradually.
Add mustards, honey, seasonings, bring to boil, then stir in heavy cream. Return chicken and simmer 5 minutes.
Notes
Adjust honey or mustard to taste for desired sweetness or tang.
