Instructions
Mix honey, chicken stock, dijon, wholegrain mustard, vinegar, and sriracha to make the sauce.
Rub chicken with spices and sear in 1 tablespoon olive oil until golden, about 2 minutes per side.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer chicken to dish, pour sauce over, and bake for 15-25 minutes.
Check internal temperature; it should read 165°F. Garnish with thyme and serve.
