(optional, for texture)

Instructions
Whisk honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade. Reserve 2 tbsp.
Marinate chicken: coat with marinade, let sit at room temp for 30 min or chill up to 6 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high (about 400°F). Grill chicken 6–7 min per side until cooked through.
Baste with reserved marinade during last 4 min. Rest for 5 min, then slice and serve with optional honey-butter drizzle and herbs.
Notes
Ensure not to burn the honey in the marinade while grilling.
