1-1/2tablespoonsgarlic powder
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonminced garlic
1/4cuphoney
3tablespoonswholegrain mustard
2tablespoonsdijon mustard
2tablespoonswater

1poundbaby red potatoes (quartered)
8ouncesgreen beans (halved - optional)(optional)
1-2sprigsrosemary (optional)(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof pan. Sear chicken 3 minutes per side until golden. Remove excess juices.
Add garlic to the pan, cook 1 minute. Mix in honey, mustards, and water, then coat chicken and potatoes.
Transfer to oven and bake 40-45 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Optional: After 30 minutes, add green beans, bake 15 more minutes until cooked.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh rosemary sprigs during baking.
