Ingredients

Air fryer chicken tenders

  • 0.5 batch air fryer chicken tenders (skip buffalo sauce)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup bagged coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup thinly sliced lettuce
  • 2 pieces pickles diced fine
  • 0.25 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 0.5 cup sliced cherry tomatoes

Wraps

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas 10 inch size whole wheat tortillas

Cheese

  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Dairy & condiments

  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon grainy Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar

Instructions 

  • Cook the air fryer chicken tenders until crispy and cooked through.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and vinegar to make the sauce.
  • Assemble the wraps by layering chicken, veggies, cheese, and sauce inside each tortilla.
  • Roll up the wraps tightly and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey mustard sauce before serving.
