A quick and flavorful dish combining spicy sriracha with sweet honey, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Oil

  • 2 tbsp Oil

Chicken

  • 2 pounds Chicken breast, cut into small 2-inch cubes

Sauces and seasonings

  • 2-3 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Low sodium Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste (or finely chopped garlic)
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste (or minced ginger)
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Pepper to taste Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add chicken cubes and sauté for a few seconds.
  • Stir in sriracha, soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and honey. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  • Uncover and cook until sauce thickens. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and serve with rice or vegetables.
