  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • Pat chicken wings dry, toss in baking powder, salt, and cayenne to coat.
  • Arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes until crispy and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Mix hot sauce, honey, butter, and red pepper flakes; toss wings in sauce.

Notes

For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes.
