crushed cornflakes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Beat eggs. Place crushed cornflakes in a bowl.
Slice chicken in half, dredge in flour, then eggs, then coat with cornflakes. Arrange on baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Make hot honey sauce by heating honey, hot sauce, butter, chili powder, cayenne, and garlic powder until smooth. Drizzle over chicken.
Notes
Serve immediately with extra hot honey sauce on the side.
