Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Oil wire rack with avocado oil and set on baking sheet.
Mix cornstarch, baking powder, and seasonings in a bag. Coat chicken wings and place on rack.
Bake wings at 400°F for 20 minutes, then brush with oil and bake another 20 minutes until crispy.
Combine hot sauce ingredients in a bowl. Brush wings with hot honey sauce, then broil for 5 minutes.
Remove wings, baste with remaining sauce, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
