Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat wings dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder. Toss to coat.
Arrange wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in hot honey and red pepper flakes. Warm gently.
Transfer wings to a bowl, drizzle with hot honey sauce, and toss to coat.
Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes to the sauce.
