For the Hot Honey Sauce

hot sauce (use your favorite, like Habanero or Frank’s Red Hot)

Instructions
Pat wings dry, then toss with baking powder, potato starch, garlic salt, seasoned salt, black pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 400°F. Cook wings for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet, stir in hot sauce and honey, and cook until slightly thickened. Add salt if desired.
Transfer cooked wings to a bowl, pour hot honey sauce over, and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure wings are thoroughly dried before seasoning.
