Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Coat chicken with hot sauce and seasonings.
Dredge chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with crushed cornflakes and Parmesan mixture.

Meanwhile, warm honey with hot sauce, cayenne, and chipotle chili powder to make the glaze.

Notes
