Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (400°F for air fryer). Line a baking sheet with parchment and place a cooling rack on top.
Dry wings, toss with oil and seasonings. Arrange on rack and bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
Meanwhile, combine orange juice, honey, red pepper flakes, cayenne, orange zest, and vinegar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 3-5 minutes.
Whisk cornstarch and water, then slowly add to sauce while whisking until desired thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
Once wings are cooked, toss in hot honey orange sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust red pepper flakes to taste for spiciness.
