A refreshing and vibrant coffee beverage infused with homemade blueberry syrup, perfect for a cool treat.
Ingredients
Blueberry Syrup

fresh or frozen blueberries

tablespoons
sugar or maple syrup

water

vanilla extract

cold milk
(any variety)

espresso or strong brewed coffee

Instructions
Combine blueberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan; simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
Strain the mixture to remove solids and stir in vanilla; let cool.
Fill glasses with ice and add 2 tablespoons of blueberry syrup to each.
Pour 1 shot of espresso into each glass over the syrup, then add cold milk and stir gently.
Optional: top with whipped cream and extra blueberries before serving.
Notes
Use fresh blueberries for the best flavor, and adjust sweetness to taste.
