A refreshing and sweet iced espresso drink with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla, perfect for a quick pick-me-up.

Ingredients

Brown Sugar Syrup

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Espresso

  • 3 shots blonde espresso shots ((or 1/2 cup cold brew coffee))

Oat Milk

  • 1/3 cup oat milk
  • Ice for serving Ice
  • Cup or Mason Jar with a Lid Cup or Mason Jar with a Lid

Instructions 

  • Mix brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds, stir until dissolved, and cool.
  • Prepare 3 espresso shots or cold brew.
  • Add ice to your jar, pour in syrup and espresso, then shake until frothy. Pour in oat milk and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar syrup.
