A refreshing fall-inspired beverage combining pumpkin, spices, and espresso for a delicious iced latte.

Ingredients

Sweeteners

  • 0.5 cup cane sugar (or any sweetener)
  • 0.5 cup dark brown sugar (or any sweetener)

Liquid

  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2-3 sticks cinnamon sticks
  • 3 tsp cloves
  • 2-3 tbsp peeled and chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract or vanilla paste
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

Dairy & Coffee

  • 0.5 cup milk (oat milk)
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin spice syrup

Instructions 

  • Combine water, sugars, pumpkin puree, cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, vanilla, and nutmeg in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture to remove spices and let it cool.
  • Fill a glass with ice, add cooled syrup, milk, and espresso. Stir well.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and spice levels to taste.
