Instructions
Melt the chocolate until smooth and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, almond butter, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and espresso powder until well combined.
Fold in melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool, then dust with cocoa powder before serving.
