Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix applesauce, oats, apple, vanilla, spices, chia seeds, nuts, and protein powder until combined.
Drop tablespoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly, spacing 2 inches apart.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
