Instructions
Pat chicken breasts dry and cut into tenders.
Whisk eggs in a bowl. In another, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dredge chicken tenders in egg, then coat with flour mixture.
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry tenders until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per batch.
Drain fried tenders on paper towels. Toss with hot honey glaze before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, double coat the chicken in flour mixture.
