  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1.5 tsp brown sugar (light)
  • pinch pinch salt
  • pinch pinch pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Melt butter and toss chicken tenders in it.
  • Mix spices and herbs, then coat chicken tenders evenly.
  • Arrange tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2 minutes at the end.
