Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl and mix wet ingredients in another.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Beat cream cheese mixture until smooth.
