Enjoy these savory, cheesy protein-packed wraps that are perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
Meat and Vegetables

steak (thinly sliced, choose sirloin or flank for tenderness)

bell peppers (sliced, any variety)

onion (sliced)

mushrooms (sliced)

cottage cheese (fresh, room temperature)

provolone cheese (shredded, divided)

tortillas (use flour or whole wheat)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice steak and vegetables; cook steak until browned, then add vegetables and sauté until tender.
Mix cottage cheese with half of the provolone cheese until smooth.
Fill tortillas with steak and veggie mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour cheese sauce over wraps, sprinkle remaining provolone, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5-10 more minutes.
Let cool briefly, then serve hot and enjoy!
