These savory, protein-packed biscuits are perfect for a quick snack or breakfast, combining spicy jalapeños with cheesy goodness.
Ingredients

low-fat cottage cheese

self-rising flour

reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese, divided

canned diced jalapeño peppers, drained
Optional topping

Instructions
Puree cottage cheese until smooth, then transfer to a bowl.
Mix in flour, fold in 2 tbsp cheese and peppers, shape into two biscuits, and top with remaining cheese.
Spray air fryer with nonstick spray, place biscuits inside, and spray tops.
Cook at 360°F (182°C) for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the dough.
