Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound Chicken breast (Cut into bite-sized pieces)

Baking & Coatings

  • 1/2 cup Almond flour (Can substitute with coconut flour)

Oils & Sauces

  • 2 tablespoons Oil (Avocado or refined coconut oil)
  • 1 clove Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (Grated)
  • 1 medium Onion (Chopped)

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Broccoli (Cut into small florets)
  • 1 cup Bell pepper (Sliced (red, yellow or orange))

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 1/4 cup Keto stir fry sauce (Blend of soy or coconut aminos, vinegar, and sweetener)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil (To drizzle at the end)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili sauce (Optional, to taste)

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and onion; sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in broccoli, bell peppers, and sauce; cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil and chili sauce (if using), then serve hot.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for best flavor and texture.
