  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions 

  • Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, brown sugar, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne until well combined.
  • Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high and oil the grates.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and grill 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
