Instructions
Cut wings at the joint, clean in lemon-vinegar water, and dry thoroughly.
Season wings with salt, then mix onion, garlic, ginger powders, black pepper, and chili powder. Coat wings with seasoning.
Marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour. Toss with corn starch and oil before baking.
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Arrange wings on a lined tray and bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake another 20 minutes until crispy.
