For the Sauce

Instructions
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Dredge chicken in egg, then coat with flour mixture. Rest for 5–10 minutes.
Fry in batches for 4–5 minutes, rest, then fry again for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Simmer sauce ingredients for 3–4 minutes until glossy. Toss chicken in sauce or drizzle before serving.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, double fry the chicken.
