Ingredients

Cheeses

  • 200 grams Bothwell Lactose-Free Old Cheddar, cut into triangles
  • 150 grams Bothwell Lactose-Free Medium Cheddar, cut into rectangles
  • 150 grams Bothwell Lactose-Free JalapeƱo Monterey Jack, cut into cubes

Sweeteners

  • 2 tablespoons Bee Maid Amber Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Bee Maid Raw Honey

Condiments & Preserves

  • as needed Jellies
  • as needed Mustard

Nuts & Fruits

  • 1/2 cup grams Nuts
  • 1/2 cup grams Dried fruits
  • 1 cup grams Fresh fall fruits - figs, apples or pear
