A refreshing and floral lemonade infused with lavender syrup and gin, perfect for a summer day.

Ingredients

Liquid

  • 4 oz Lemonade
  • 0.75 oz Lavender syrup
  • 1.5 oz Gin or gin alternative infused with butterfly pea flowers

Syrup Base

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender buds

Instructions 

  • Combine water and sugar in a saucepan; heat until sugar dissolves.
  • Add lavender buds and simmer for 10 minutes; cool and strain to make syrup.
  • Mix lemonade, lavender syrup, and infused gin in a pitcher.
  • Serve over ice and enjoy.

Notes

Store the lavender syrup in a sterilized jar for future use.
