A flavorful and creamy chicken dish infused with lemon and fresh basil, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

(cut in half lengthwise)

Instructions
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and brown chicken on both sides. Keep warm.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the skillet, cook garlic, basil, and onion powder for 30 seconds.
Pour in chicken broth, scrape brown bits, then add cream and simmer until thickened (10-15 mins).
Stir in lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, then return chicken to skillet and cook 5 more minutes.
Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken with lemon and basil beforehand.
