Ingredients

Pasta

  • 12 oz Jovial Gluten Free Brown Rice Penne Rigate

Vegetables

  • 1.5 lb broccoli florets

Protein

  • 16 oz chicken breast

Aromatics

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Oils & Liquids

  • 5 tbsp Jovial Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Herbs

  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, minced
  • to taste black pepper crushed black pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Steam or blanch broccoli until tender. In a pan, sauté chicken with garlic and olive oil until cooked through. Mix in lemon juice, herbs, and black pepper. Combine pasta, chicken, and broccoli, then serve.
