A simple and flavorful lemon butter sauce perfect for enhancing white fish fillets with bright citrus and rich butter notes.
Ingredients
Butter

(cut into pieces)
Lemon juice

Fish

white fish fillets
(skinless, boneless, 120-150g each)
Flour

white flour
Oil

(canola preferred)
Lemon wedges
Lemon wedges
(for serving)
Parsley
Finely chopped parsley
(optional)
Instructions
Season fish with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Heat oil in a skillet and cook fish until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove fish and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter over low heat.
Add lemon juice to the melted butter and stir well. Pour sauce over fish and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges for added flavor.
