Instructions
Minced garlic, zest, and juice lemons; chop parsley.
Cook seasoned chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add lemon juice and chicken broth; simmer until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for 2 more minutes. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine to the sauce.
