A bright and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts topped with a zesty lemon butter sauce, perfect for a quick and elegant meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 pieces Fresh lemons (zest and juice)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth
  • to taste Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Minced garlic, zest, and juice lemons; chop parsley.
  • Cook seasoned chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add lemon juice and chicken broth; simmer until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
  • Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for 2 more minutes. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine to the sauce.
