Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, sugar, and salt; press into a baking pan to form the crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Pour over the baked crust.
Sprinkle shredded coconut evenly over the filling.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes until set and golden.
