A flavorful and creamy lemon garlic chicken served over linguine, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 each Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 each Juice of 1 lemon
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Toss chicken with lemon zest, juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear chicken in 1 tbsp butter until golden, then remove.
  • Sauté garlic in remaining butter, add cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; simmer. Stir in Parmesan.
  • Add cooked linguine, toss in sauce, top with chicken, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon before serving.
