boneless, skinless chicken breasts

olive oil

Juice of 2 fresh lemons

low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet, sear chicken 4–5 mins per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook garlic 30 sec, add flour, then slowly whisk in broth. Add lemon juice, zest, and honey; stir until thickened.
Return chicken to pan, coat with sauce, simmer 5 mins.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken with lemon and garlic beforehand.
