A flavorful and easy lemon garlic chicken recipe perfect for a quick dinner or meal prep.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs or breasts
  • 6 cloves Fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 large Lemons (freshly squeezed)
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Optional Spices: Paprika, thyme, or rosemary

Instructions 

  • Mix garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place chicken in baking dish, pour marinade over, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add your favorite spices before baking.
