  • 0.5 lb baby dutch potatoes (halved)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, to taste)

Instructions

  • Arrange potatoes in a baking dish, top with chicken thighs, and season liberally with seasoning blend.
  • Spread mayo, garlic paste, and parmesan cheese over chicken and potatoes, then mix to combine.
  • Bake for 75 minutes until chicken skin is crisp and juices run clear.
  • Garnish with lemon zest and chopped parsley before serving.
