  • 2 pieces lemons (zest and juice, freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried))
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme (chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried))
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon zest, juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper for at least 10 minutes.
