  • 1 cup asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon lemon (juice only)
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Boil water, cook orzo for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  • Chop asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat olive oil and sauté asparagus for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add cooked orzo to the pan with asparagus, then stir in lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
