Instructions
Pat chicken dry. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high.
Cook chicken in batches 3–4 mins per side until golden. Set aside.
Melt butter, add garlic, cook 30 sec. Stir in mustard, lemon juice, zest, spices, and herbs.
Return chicken to skillet, toss in sauce, simmer 1–2 mins. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor. Adjust seasoning as needed.
