Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Pierce sweet potatoes, bake 45-60 mins, then peel.
Reduce oven to 350°F. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray.
Mix sweet potatoes with maple syrup, honey, and milk. Add salt, spices, vanilla, maple extract, and egg. Beat until smooth.
Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Mix pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter; sprinkle over top.
Bake 25-35 mins until hot and edges brown. Serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, reduce added sugars or use less butter.
