Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or Gluten Free Flour)
  • cup Zero Calorie All-Natural Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
  • ¼ cup pure pumpkin puree
  • cup water

Add-ins

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin spice.
  • Whisk pumpkin puree and water together in a separate bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop 16 cookies onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 7 minutes.
