A delicious low-carb dish featuring tender chicken and broccoli in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 8 ounces broccoli florets
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil 5–7 minutes per side until golden; set aside.
  • Sauté garlic in butter 1 minute, then add heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan and red pepper flakes; cook 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  • Add broccoli and chicken back; cover and cook 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
